CROWNING RANKING RULES AND GUIDELINES
Contestants will be called up to pick their prizes off the prize table based on this order of ranking system. Highest scoring contestants in each category will be called up to pick their prize, and then so on. Every contestant will be eligible to win more than one prize. Beauty winners will be bumped from their age group if they are a Supreme winner. Everyone will get called to prize table at least THREE times!
2 ULTIMATE GRAND SUPREMES- ONE EACH -DIVA AND ANGEL
There will be two Ultimate Grand Supreme winners. One in the Heavenly Angels Side- Natural and the other in the Dreamland Diva Side -Glitzy these titles are awarded for the highest combined scores of Beauty, Back to School Wear/Career Wear. You cannot win Beauty and a Supreme title both Ultimate Grand Supremes will win a Crown, and monogrammed sash and $100.00 Cash! Ultimate Grand Supreme winner will also get to pick a prize from the prize table FIRST! They will Also Get Their Grand Supreme Fees paid to the National Pageant 2010. You must send in your Registration fee of $125.00 by October 1st 2010.

Pick a partner and your scores will be added together. The highest Partner score will be crowned Grand Partners. You each will receive a crown, and will get to pick a prize from the prize table. You will select a partner at registration. This is a fun title to have. Partners are working together then to achieve the highest scores combined.

EVENTS:
1.Heavenly Angel-Natural Beauty: Girls are to wear a Sunday best, Fall Type Dress, Flower Girls dress, Cocktail type dress, skirt & top, dress slacks with a coordinating top or a suit. Baby Doll Dresses permitted as long as they are not Glitzed up- No added Rhinestones, Sequins permitted. Your clothes are only being judged for color, fit, style, does it compliment your child, not by how expensive it is! This can be made or store bought. Dresses are not allowed to be longer than tea Length- MUST be above the Ankles! No Pageant Dresses allowed! Boys may wear Suits! No make-up children ages’ 10-under No fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers or tanning solutions on skin allowed on anyone! Clear Lip Gloss Permitted!
0-4 judged on Beauty 1-10 and personality 1-10. Parents may accompany children on stage.

2. Heavenly Angel-Natural Back To School Wear/Career Wear: This category is to be back to school wear or Career wear. Think Cute, What you would go back to school in, or if you were working what Career outfit you would wear. Nurse, Doctor, Vet, you should be creative. Something you would purchase in a store as is. Think trendy and what is in style. Age appropriate. You will be checked for store tags. Outfit its self cannot be custom made! You may accessorize! NO PRO-AM Modeling, no double spins, ask do not go by hearsay! There will be one winner in each age group. Scores get added in for Supreme titles. May provide your own Music. No fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers or tanning solutions on skin allowed on anyone!
3. Dreamland Diva-Glitzy Beauty: Pageant Dresses Permitted, No restrictions, your clothes are only being judged for color, fit, style, does it compliment your child, not by how expensive it is! Boys may wear Tuxes. Make-up, False Eyelashes, fall, Cascades, Flippers and tanning are all permitted! This is the Glitzy option!

4. Dreamland Diva-Glitzy Back To School Wear/Career Wear: Custom Back to School Wear and Career Wear Permitted! YOU MAY PROVIDE YOUR OWN MUSIC! Be Creative! Age appropriate. Outfit its self can be custom made! You may accessorize! PRO-AM Modeling allowed, there will be one winner in each age group. Scores get added in for Supreme titles. Music Provided! Fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers and tanning solutions are! Choose your outfit and Model how you want.
5. Commercial Wear: Anything goes! Clothing may have glitz on them, Make-up and Costumes, wigs, allowed. You may provide your own music. There will be one Commercial Wear winner in each age group. Commercial wear should be anything you would advertise- Swiss Miss, Morton Salt Girl, Hawaiian Tropic Girl with Dog, Oreo Cookies, Got Milk, Think Costume, Think Print Ads, Grand Supreme one each in the 0-4, 5-10, 11-up both Natural and Glitz. Winners will receive a Holiday crown, monogrammed sash, and select prize off prize table. Then there will be one Ultimate Grand Supreme Holiday wear Winner who will receive a Large Holiday Crown, Monogrammed sash and select prize off prize table.
6.NATURAL Photogenic: Submit photo at registration. Photo must follow Hair and Make-up guidelines same as you would do for beauty. No Make-up permitted on any picture 0-10 Years of age! Photos will be judged on Overall First Impression, Photogenic Appeal, Clarity & Quality, and age appropriateness! NO RETOUCHING ALLOWED THIS INCLUDES NO LIGHT RETOUCHING!! Pictures May be submitted in B/W or color! Grand Supreme winner in the 0-4, 5-10, 11-up winners will receive a crown and Monogrammed sash and select prize from Prize Table. Holiday Ambassador
This pageant we will be collecting for two separate organizations These being the Children’s Shriner’s Hospital and Danville SPCA Animal Shelter.
The three contestants one in the 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up age break-ups bringing in the most New Books, Crayons, and Coloring books, or pet supplies will receive a large crown, sash, and a pick a prize from the prize table!
Remember this is a charitable event you are providing these items to children who are sick and need something to keep them busy while they are in the hospital. The various items collected will be distributed to the Children’s Shriners Hospital in Philadelphia. Remember these items need to be NEW so that germs are not carried into the hospitals. Soft cloth books are also needed for Toddlers.

Markers and crayons are needed for patients to be able to do various activities during their stay in Children's Hospital. Creative activities help with self-expression and provide a creative outlet during therapy and treatment.
Exam Room Toys -Distraction toys are age-appropriate items used during procedures to help keep a child's focus on something other than the procedure, pain, or anxiety. Superheroes such as Batman, Spiderman and Superman are fun for preschool and school age children. These items can be used as distraction during treatment, for fun and entertainment, and as gifts for birthdays. Bristle Blocks sets are a colorful building toy for kids. They encourage creative play and developmental skills. These items can help children learn their shapes and colors in a fun way. Bristle Blocks provides a creative outlet for children going through treatment. Fisher Price® Medical Kits are used for educational play; ideally there would be one in each exam room to help our young patients become acquainted with medical equipment, helping to ease fears of the unknown.
A dollhouse will provide a child with a sense of expression and normal play while waiting to see the doctor or during a play therapy session. Through expressive toys, children are able to work through traumatic experiences and situations.
Disney® movies provide the opportunity to normalize a child's day with familiar activities. Movies also help pass the time in a fun, entertaining way while being in Children's Hospital.
Fun Band-Aids
Children's classic literature books are needed for patients attending our Children's Hospital School Program. Children enjoy reading books for pleasure and to support educational assignments while hospitalized. Books include age appropriate selections from popular literature. These books can also provide a sense of escape from their illness; examples include Charlotte's Web, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Moby Dick and more.
Journals are wonderful self-expression items for teens and school-age children who are going through emotional experiences. The use of journals is encouraged as a way to process feelings.
Scrapbook Kit -Scrap booking is a wonderful way for patients and family members to preserve memories during illness through the use of photos in conjunction with scrap booking supplies.
Board games are used to entertain children who can't be exposed to crowds due to serious illness, as well as to other patients in Children's Hospital. Board games provide stimulation and are therapeutic for children. Needed board games include Go to the Head of the Class, Clue, Parcheesi, Checkers, Chutes and Ladders, Scrabble, Monopoly, Candy Land, Battleship, and others.
School supplies (pocket folders, pencils, crayons, markers, colored pencils, paper, clip boards) are used to help students stay caught up with missed school assignments, providing continuity in education while hospitalized.

In Order to ensure that you and everyone have a fantastic stay, we ask that all group members review a few hotel requirements.
- Hotel Quiet time 11pm to 8am. All Hallway Traffic should be reserved to guest returning to their rooms. Please refrain from talking in the hallways.
- No running, Congregating in the hallways is permitted at any time
- For security we ask that you keep your guest room door closed and latched at all times. Please do not block your door open to allow others to enter
- Should it be necessary to respond to a noise complaint, we will make two courtesy requests. Should the disturbance continue, the hotel may expel the offending guest in the room with no refund.
- Please respect our Life Safety Systems (fire Alarms) Our Municipality takes false alarms very seriously. A $500.00 fine to the individual/s responsible will be imposed as well as expulsion from the hotel without a refund.
- Please clean up after yourselves; do not let cups, drinks, food lay around he hotel. Find a trash receptacle and use it. If you need Trash bags please call the front desk!
- If you are Airbrush Tanning in your rooms make certain you clean up the over spray! Bring towels from home and cleaning solution to clean down the room. Also if you are getting tanned bring towels and washcloths from home for showering, hotel will charge you if you stain towels and wash clothes.
- Dogs are allowed in your hotel rooms. Please refrain from bringing them in the lobby area, pool area and/or ballroom. The only exception is the Prize puppies that must be contained in a fenced in area. You will be charged for any damage left by pets in your rooms. If your pet has a feces please clean it up both inside and outside the building.
- No food or beverage of any kind or glass items is permitted in the pool or fitness area.
- No children under the age of 18 permitted in fitness area
- Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to swim without parental supervision
- No playing in the halls
- For everyone’s security children under the age of 18 are not to be unattended in a guest room or public area at any time!
Thank you for your attention to this important notice. We require that a parent or adult chaperone sign this letter for each room within the group. Check-in will not be completed until all required documents are signed. This individual will also serve as a contact should we need to reach someone in regard to the room listed.
