Friday- 5 pm- 11pm. You must register Friday no exceptions! Registration will be at designated area posted at hotel. We will be doing a sign in for registration. We will be decorating the ballroom therefore No one will be allowed in the ballroom.

Crowning Ceremony Sunday Morning
11am Sunday ---Wear Beauty Dress or crowning outfit. Crowning takes approx. 2 hours please plan your schedules accordingly! Please come to crowning, as you would have competed. Follow hair/make-up rules. We want all contestants to look the same for crowning as they competed the day before. If you competed natural the come natural- if you competed full glitz then come full glitz. It is pertinent that you look the way you did for pictures and advertisement on our paperwork and website! Make sure you are checked out of your room by 11am.
For every Contestant that brings in 10 NEW TOYS FOR TOTS you will get ONE FULL POINT ADDED TO YOUR OVERALL SCORE! ONE POINT CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
HEAVENLY ANGEL-NATURAL CONTESTANT EVENTS:
1.Heavenly Angel-Natural Beauty: Girls are to wear a dress, Cocktail type dress, skirt & top, dress slacks with a coordinating top or a suit. Your clothes are only being judged for color, fit, style, does it compliment your child, not by how expensive it is! This can be made or store bought. No Pageant Dresses allowed or gowns permitted! Boys may wear Suits! No make-up children ages’ 10-under No fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers or tanning solutions on skin allowed on anyone! Clear Lip Gloss Permitted! No modeling score ages 0-10 parents please limit coaching and let your kids be themselves!
0-4 judged on Beauty 1-10 and personality 1-10.
5-10 judged on facial beauty1-10, personality 1-20, on stage question/answer 1-10 points.
11-up judged on Facial beauty 1-10, personality 1-10, speech 1-10, poise and grace 1-10 Must give 10-30 second speeches about themselves, remember less is best. 11-up light make-up permitted!
2. Natural Side awards: Eyes, Natural Hair, Natural not forced Smile, Natural Personality. Judged during Beauty Competition. Winners will receive a trophy. Included in fees
3 Heavenly Angel-Natural Interview- Follow Hair and Make-up guidelines as in NATURAL Beauty. There will be a panel of judges who will interview Contestants ages 5-up. Staff will accompany contestants into the interview room, No parents allowed in the room during this part of competition. Contestants may wear a nice dress, business suit, or dressy casual outfit for interview. Look nice and professional. You will be judged on overall impression and interview criteria confidence, sincere ness, posture, and if their questions were answered appropriately. Scores get added in for Supreme titles except ULTIMATE GRAND! No fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers or tanning solutions on skin allowed on anyone!
4. Heavenly Angel-Natural Casual Wear: This category is to be casual clothing. Something you would purchase in a store as is. Think trendy and what is in style. Age appropriate. You will be checked for store tags. Outfit its self cannot be custom made! NO PRO-AM Modeling, no double spins, ask do not go by hearsay! There will be one winner in each age group. Scores get added in for Supreme titles. No fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers or tanning solutions on skin allowed on anyone! 1 ½ minute time limit!
DREAMLAND DIVA – GLITZY CONTESTANT EVENTS:
1. Dreamland Diva-Glitzy Beauty: Pageant Dresses Permitted, No restrictions, your clothes are only being judged for color, fit, style, does it compliment your child, not by how expensive it is! Boys may wear Tuxes. Make-up, False Eyelashes, fall, Cascades, Flippers and tanning are all permitted! This is the Glitzy side! 0-4 judged on Beauty 1-10 and personality 1-10. Parents may accompany children on stage. 5-10 judged on facial beauty 1-10, personality/modeling 1-20, & answers to on stage interview questions 1-10 points.11-up judged on Facial beauty 1-10, personality 1-10, speech 1-10, poise and grace 1-10 Must give 10-30 second speeches about themselves, remember less is best.

Casual wear can be custom made or you may choose an outfit of choice- Western Wear, Swimsuit, Costume etc.. You may accessorize! PRO-AM Modeling allowed, there will be one winner in each age group. Scores get added in for Supreme titles. YOU MAY PROVIDE YOUR OWN MUSIC! Fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers and tanning solutions are permitted! 1 ½ minute time limit
OPTIONAL EVENTS
1. Christmas Wear: Anything goes! Clothing may have glitz on them, Make-up and Costumes, wigs, allowed. You may provide your own music. This is an optional event; you do not have to enter this! It is a separate competition that can be doubled crowned! There will be one Christmas Wear winner in each age group you will get a tiara. 2 minute time limit! Grand Supreme one each in the 0-4, 5-10, 11-up winners will receive a Christmas crown and Monogrammed sash, Then there will be one Ultimate Grand Supreme Christmas wear Winner who will receive a Large Crown, Monogrammed sash and $100.00 cash! Entry fee is $40.00. Can be Doubled Crowned!
2.Overall most Beautiful/Most Handsome: One winner in each age group. This will be judged strictly on facial beauty during the beauty competition. There will be an overall most beautiful/most handsome then selected from these winners for 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up overall most beautiful. (6 OVERALL Winners Total 3 Natural and 3 Glitz, and One Most Handsome). Overall winners will receive a crown, and sash. $30.00 to enter. Cannot be Doubled Crowned!
3.Overall Casual Wear Natural and Overall Casual Wear/Outfit of Choice Glitz:
There will be an overall winner in each age group who will receive a trophy. Then there will be a Grand Supreme Natural and Glitz winner in the 0-4, 5-10; 11-up winners will receive a crown and monogrammed sash. Cannot be Doubled Crowned!
4. Talent- Talent costumes may have glitz! Talent will be judged on age ability, technique, showmanship, execution and personality. There will be one Ultimate Grand Supreme Talent Winner who will receive a large crown, monogrammed sash. If 30 Contestants enter talent than a $200.00 bond will be given to the Ultimate Grand Talent. There will be three Grand Supreme Talents one in the 0-4, 5-10, and 11-up who will receive a large crown, monogrammed sash, and a nice gift. There is time limit of 3 minutes. Please have music cued and ready. Bring an extra tape ready. No fire or dangerous talents allowed. Talent fee $30.00. Can be Doubled Crowned! This is also a PUPPY WINNER EVENT!
5.GRAND PARTNERS: Pick a partner and your scores will be added together. The highest Partners score of beauty, casual wear/outfit of choice wear will be crowned Grand Partners. You each will receive a crown, monogrammed sash and a gift. . To enter Grand Partners you must pick a partner at registration tell us who your partner will be. You may choose more than one partner! Partners are working together then to achieve the highest scores combined. Entry Fee is $20.00 to enter. This can be double Crowned!
6.NATURAL Photogenic: Submit photos at registration. Photo must follow natural Hair and Make-up guidelines, No Fake Eyelashes, No Flippers, No Fake Hair and no retouching allowed! Photos will be judged on Overall First Impression, Photogenic Appeal, Clarity & Quality, and age appropriateness! May be submitted in B/W or color! There will be a photogenic winner in each age group. Then a Grand Supreme winner in the 0-4, 5-10, 11-up winners who will receive a crown and Monogrammed sash, We will award one Ultimate Grand Supreme Natural Photogenic Winner who will receive a Large Crown, Monogrammed sash and $200.00 bond. First photo is $20.00 each additional photo submitted is $5.00. This can be double Crowned!
7.Glitzy Photogenic: Submit photos at registration. We are looking for a glitzed photo! Eyelashes, Flippers, Make-up and retouching allowed! Photos will be judged on Overall First Impression, Photogenic Appeal, and Clarity & Quality. May be submitted in B/W or color! There will be a photogenic winner in each age group. Then a Grand Supreme winner in the 0-4, 5-10, 11-up winners who will receive a crown and Monogrammed sash, We will award one Ultimate Grand Supreme Glitz Photogenic Winner who will receive a Large Crown, Monogrammed sash and $200.00 bond. First photo is $20.00 each additional photo submitted is $5.00. This can be double Crowned!
8. COMPOSITES and PORTFOLIO: Submit Composite and Portfolio (NO MORE THAN 20 PICTURES!) at registration Friday night. Anything Goes on Composite and Portfolio. Be Creative. There will be an Ultimate Grand Composite winner and Portfolio Winner who will each win $100.00 Cash, Crown and Sash.We will then award a 0-4, 5-10, 11-up and Boys Grand Composite and Portfolio. They will win a Crown and Sash. $30.00 First Composite, $30.00 First Portfolio, $20.00 Additional Comps and Ports. This can be doubled crowned

These will be the two contestants in the whole pageant with the highest combined scores of Beauty, and Casual Wear/Outfit of Choice, this contestant will receive an LARGE crown, monogrammed sash, and $1,000 bond or cash equivalent. You will have the honor of being a Hostess at the 2010 National Pageant. PUPPY WINNERS FIRST CHOICE
Grand Supremes- 3 Natural and 3 Glitz (Boys Grand added if 12 Boys enter)
The next top six contestants two in each supreme division of 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up with the highest combined scores of beauty, casual wear, and interview 5-up. These six winners will receive a LARGE crown, monogrammed sash, and $500.00 bond or cash equivalent. Plus the honor of being our Hostess’s at the 2010 National Pageant. PUPPY WINNERS SECOND CHOICE IF PUPPIES LEFT. (HIGHEST SCORE GETS FIRST CHOICE IF DOES NOT WANT A PUPPY THEN NEXT HIGHEST SCORE AND SO ON! Until Puppies are all picked!)

These will be the second highest score after Ultimate and Grand Supremes are pulled. There will be two winners in each supreme division of 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up with the highest combined scores of beauty, casual wear/outfit of choice, and interview 5-up. These six winners will receive a LARGE crown, monogrammed sash, and $250.00 bond or cash equivalent. Plus the honor of being our Hostess’s at the 2010 National Pageant.
Novice Grand Supremes-3 Natural and 3 Glitz
This will be the third highest score after Ultimate, Grand Supremes, and mini Supremes are pulled. There will be two contestants in each supreme division of 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up with the highest combined scores of beauty, casual wear/outfit of choice, and interview 5-up. These six winners will receive a LARGE crown, monogrammed sash, and $200.00 bond or cash equivalent. To qualify for novice you may never have won over $250.00 at any pageant! Lying will cause disqualification with no refunds! You must sign a paper noting your status at registration. Plus the honor of being our Hostess’s at the 2009 National Pageant
Amateur Grand Supremes-3 Natural and 3 Glitz
This will be the forth-highest score after Ultimate, Grand Supremes, mini Supremes and Novice Supremes are pulled. There will be two contestants in each supreme division of 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up with the highest combined scores of beauty, casual wear/outfit of choice, and interview 5-up. These six winners will receive a LARGE crown, monogrammed sash, and $200.00 bond or cash equivalent. To qualify for novice you may never have won ANY MONEY OR SAVINGS BOND at any pageant! Lying will cause disqualification with no refunds! You must sign a paper noting your status at registration. Plus the honor of being our Hostess’s at the 2010 National Pageant
Ultimate Supreme Queen 3 Natural, 3 Glitz, 1 King (if 12 boys enter )
0ne will be awarded in the 0-4, 5-10, and 11-up Both Heavenly Angel and Dreamland Diva, and One King Supreme. Combined Scores from Toys For Tots 1 point, Beauty, Casual Wear/OOC, Interview 5-up, Photogenic (Highest scoring Photo) and Holiday wear will be added together. Highest combined score wins

Directors Choice
Contestant(s) selected by director who she feels will represent Heavenly Angels and Dreamland Divas Pageant well. Also looking for A Contestant who exemplifies great sportsmanship both on and off the stage, who is friendly, outgoing, and pleasant to all around them. Will receive a Large crown, Sash and be recognized on website and advertisements! Can either re-compete 2010 or hostess! Cannot be Doubled Crowned!
Overall Most Beautiful/Most Handsome
6 OVERALL Winners Total 3 Natural and 3 Glitz, and One Most Handsome. Overall winners will receive a crown, and sash. Cannot be Doubled Crowned!

This special award will be chosen by Staff, and surprise Judges walking around pageant for the weekend, They will be looking for the Contestant (s) who is a good representation both on and off the stage that they feel will represent Heavenly Angels to its highest standards! You will receive a large Crown, Sash and you will also have the honor of being our Hostess at the 2010 National Pageant. Cannot be Doubled Crown!
PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD-- YOU ASKED FOR IT YOU GOT IT!
I have had a few e-mails asking if we would do the Peoples Choice award again! Since you asked we decided to go ahead and do it! 2 Peoples Choice Awards Sell good luck wishes for ONLY $1.00 a piece. All Good Luck wishes will be placed in a Drawing for a Large Trophy, Crown, Monogrammed sash and other gifts that will be drawn at crowning! The more you sell the more chance you have as being drawn as our Second Heavenly Angels and Dreamland Divas Peoples Choice award! Every contestant who brings in 10 new unwrapped toys will receive a FULL POINT ADDED TO THEIR OVERALL SCORE! The one contestant in each of the 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up supreme divisions bringing in the most will be crowned Heavenly Angels Toy Ambassadors! They will receive a Crown and sash. These Contestants bringing in the most will receive a Large Crown and Monogrammed sash and be awarded Heavenly Angel Ambassador! Please bring toys that do not break easily! These will be distributed to Toys for tots! Please bring gifts in that you would want your child to receive! Items will be checked for counts and appropriateness.

We will be having 2 Changing rooms to accommodate those either having to stay at another hotel or those that live near by and choose to come and go. H/M persons can also Book their own small conference rooms for your convenience at a great rate. Call hotel directly ask for Dawn Stewart. Tell Dawn you are coming for Heavenly Angels Pageant and are inquiring about renting a small conference room. That way you can lock up your make-up and have it secured and come and go as needed. In Order to ensure that you and everyone have a fantastic stay, we ask that all group members review a few hotel requirements.
- Hotel Quiet time 11pm to 8am. All Hallway Traffic should be reserved to guest returning to their rooms. Please refrain from talking in the hallways.
- No running, Congregating in the hallways is permitted at any time
- For security we ask that you keep your guest room door closed and latched at all times. Please do not block your door open to allow others to enter
- Should it be necessary to respond to a noise complaint, we will make two courtesy requests. Should the disturbance continue, the hotel may expel the offending guest in the room with no refund.
- Please respect our Life Safety Systems (fire Alarms) Our Municipality takes false alarms very seriously. A $500.00 fine to the individual/s responsible will be imposed as well as expulsion from the hotel without a refund.
- Please clean up after yourselves; do not let cups, drinks, food lay around he hotel. Find a trash receptacle and use it. If you need Trash bags please call the front desk!
- If you are Airbrush Tanning in your rooms make certain you clean up the over spray! Bring towels from home and cleaning solution to clean down the room. Also if you are getting tanned bring towels and washcloths from home for showering, hotel will charge you if you stain towels and wash clothes.
- Dogs are allowed in your hotel rooms. Please refrain from bringing them in the lobby area, pool area and/or ballroom. The only exception is the Prize puppies that must be contained in a fenced in area. You will be charged for any damage left by pets in your rooms. If your pet has a feces please clean it up both inside and outside the building.
- No food or beverage of any kind or glass items is permitted in the pool or fitness area.
- No children under the age of 18 permitted in fitness area
- Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to swim without parental supervision
- No playing in the halls
- For everyone’s security children under the age of 18 are not to be unattended in a guest room or public area at any time!
Thank you for your attention to this important notice. We require that a parent or adult chaperone sign this letter for each room within the group. Check-in will not be completed until all required documents are signed. This individual will also serve as a contact should we need to reach someone in regard to the room listed.
